Nikita studied in various schools like St. Mary's Pune, Maharashtra, Bishop Cottons, Ranchi, Jharkhand, Cathedral and John Conon, Bombay; NIFT, Delhi.

GLORY
Nikita at the age of 19 was crowned as Miss India in 2003. She represented India in the Miss Universe Pageant in Panama City.
